We are so proud of Elhondra Brazzle (East) and Julio Delgadillo (North) for finishing 1st and 2nd, respectively, at the Poetry Slam at the Library of Congress National Book Festival. Julio and Elhondra were selected to compete alongside poets from New York City, Washington DC, and Indianapolis.

North High School alum Cortez Hull (’92) now walks the halls of Highland Park High School as police Officer Hull. When St. Paul Public Schools renewed its contract with the local police department, Officer Hull was quoted as saying “…it takes a village to raise a child. The new school year’s Open House will be held on Thursday, September 8th from 5:30 p.m until 7:30 p.m. Mr. Graeber will hold a Parent meeting for 2017 graduating Seniors that will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the auditorium on this evening as well.

Seniors have their first meeting with Herff Jones on September 6th at 10:32, it will be held during the skinny block to learn about graduation caps and gowns, seniors will have your measurements taken and learn about all the senior gear.
