FREE PHYSICALS

EVERY KID DESERVES A HEALTHY START TO THE SCHOOL YEAR! Des Moines University students will conduct FREE back-to-school physicals under the supervision of licensed clinicians for students in need. FREE dental screenings from Des Moines Health will be available and Polk County Health Department will provide vaccinations for qualifying families. Uninsured and underinsured families are encouraged to participate. Students who have a pediatrician are encouraged to make an appointment with their provider.
