North High JROTC Rifle Championships

The North High School JROTC Rifle Team will compete at the Marine Corps Air Rifle National Championships in Anniston, Alabama, February 14^th -17^th. Over 240 teams from around the United States competed in the national qualifier with the top 18 teams moving on to the Nationals in Alabama. North qualified as the number 4 seed this year, behind Nation Ford, S.C., Jack C. Hayes, Texas and Gulfport, Mississippi. The team is led by Seniors: Arturo Zaragoza and Akar Paw, Juniors: Ayden Wells, James Masteller and Sophomore: Tha Dah. This is North’s 18^th straight trip to the Marine Corps National Championships.
